Port City Metal Services can handle any size project with our large fleet of Press Brakes and Plate Rolls. Our comprehensive array of forming equipment includes some of the largest press brakes and plate rolls in the Midwest. Our extensive capabilities can accommodate virtually any rolling and braking requirement imaginable, from small, thin sheet metal parts to large cylinders and transitions, to angle rolling of structural steels. In addition, our state-of-the-art software allows us to cut many different transitions including concentric and eccentric cones, rectangle to round transitions, elbows, reducing elbows, mitered cylinders and more.
Braking and Rolling Equipment
Port City Metal Services features CNC PRESS BRAKES ranging in size from 87” x 94 tons to 24’ x 1250 tons. Brakes are equipped with CNC crowning rails and CNC back gauges enabling precise, efficient forming. Our PLATE ROLLS feature working envelopes from 10 ga x 4’ up to 5” thick x 10’ long and our ANGLE ROLLS can handle capacities up to 6” x 6” x ¾” (leg out).
